1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WaheedAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

You may sign in using email and password or through Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. Description of Service

WaheedAI is an AI platform that provides:

• Access to 21 AI models from various providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others.
• A unified chat interface for interacting with multiple AI models.
• Model comparison tools, pricing information, and leaderboards.
• An OpenAI-compatible API for programmatic access to AI models.
• Credit-based and subscription-based billing plans.

4. Billing and Payments

WaheedAI offers both free and paid tiers:

• Free Tier: New accounts receive signup credits. A free tier with limited usage is available.
• Paid Plans: Subscription plans and credit top-ups are available. Pricing is displayed in BDT and USD.
• Payments: We accept payments via Binance Pay, NOWPayments, and other supported payment methods. All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
• Refunds: Credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for inquiries.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or other AI platform infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to circumvent usage limits or rate limits.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use disposable or temporary email addresses to create multiple accounts for abuse.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.

6. AI-Generated Content

WaheedAI provides access to third-party AI models. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
• You are responsible for verifying AI-generated information before relying on it.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output.
• You retain responsibility for how you use AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The WaheedAI platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by WaheedAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

Content you generate using AI models through our platform belongs to you, subject to the terms of the respective AI model providers.

8. Usage Limits and Rate Limiting

We implement usage limits and rate limiting to ensure fair access and platform stability:

• Free tier accounts have limited daily usage and model access.
• Paid accounts have usage limits based on their plan and available credits.
• API access is subject to rate limits to prevent abuse.
• Exceeding limits may result in temporary restrictions on your account.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Non-payment of fees or chargebacks.
• Prolonged account inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WAAHEDAI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
