3. AI Model Data & Third-Party Providers

When you send prompts or interact with AI models through WaheedAI, your input is transmitted to the respective AI model providers for processing. These providers include, but are not limited to:

• OpenAI (GPT models)
• Anthropic (Claude models)
• Google (Gemini models)
• xAI (Grok models)
• Other providers accessible through our platform

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We recommend reviewing their policies:

We do not permanently store the content of your AI conversations on our servers. Chat history is stored temporarily in your browser session and in our database for your convenience, and you can delete it at any time.

4. Google OAuth & Authentication

If you choose to sign in with Google, we use Firebase Authentication to process your login. We receive your basic Google profile information, including:

• Your name and email address
• Your Google profile picture URL
• A unique identifier for your Google account

We do not access or store your Google account password. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Chat history and AI conversation data are retained in your account until you explicitly delete them or your account is closed. Usage logs for billing and security purposes are retained for up to 12 months.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
